New Winery Expansion

Project Description: Construction of a new Administration, Production and Tasting Pavilion. Related construction activities include; retaining walls, grading concrete hardscape areas, storm, sanitary sewer, septic system, process waste system, septic and process waste tanks, domestic water, fire protection system and joint trench, new parking areas, driveway and double chip seal.

New Winery on Highway 12

Project Description: Install fire protection system, drainage system, domestic water, process waste utilities, grading and paving for private driveway up to new winery building. Perform 1,200-lf of shoulder widening on Highway 12 to construct a new turn lane, expose and cap a high pressure gas line, relocate PG&E/Verizon utilities, directional bore under Highway 12 for utility installation and striping reconfiguration. Extend concrete box culvert structure and install metal beam guardrail.

Upgrade Winery to Exterior ADA Requirements

Project Description: Perform excavation and layback for new Retaining Wall Structure/ADA Access Ramp leading up to Winery Building. Place subdrain pipe and structure backfill. Place base rock for concrete flatwork areas.

Drainage Improvements

Project Description: Multiple projects consisting of subdrain installation, grading for vineyard access roads, rock crushing, and drainage improvements..

Shoulder Widening, Turn Lane & Winery Expansion, General Contractor for Fallia Winery

Project Description: Shoulder widening project on Silverado Trail located in St. Helena. The shoulder widening was required to construct a turn lane into Failla Winery. Within the facility, install fire protection system, grading/paving for new roads, new crush pad, place baserock, paving and joint trench installation, drainage, and process waste expansion.
